Rare creatures

Rare creatures need a Precision ball at minimum and punish sloppy timing. This is the tier where knowing the bar starts to matter more than how many balls you brought.

There are 172 of them. Their supply caps run from 50 to 499, and the server enforces every one of those at the moment of capture.
