Where to find Cargodra
Cargodra keeps to Primordial Vale and never leaves it. It is one of 84 species on that ground, and one of only 54 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Cargodra
Cargodra is one of 178 uncommon species, takes a Basic ball or better, and its 30% base leaves 303 of the 608 harder to land than this one. The first ball freezes it, and Primordial Vale is home to 84 species, so the catch is decided on timing far more often than on luck.
Supply
The cap on Cargodra is 350, tighter than 294 of the 608 species and looser than 297, and finite either way: the ceilings together come to 407,200 creatures for the whole world, forever.
In a fight
As one of 54 celestial types sharing Primordial Vale, it hits Celestial hard. Stamina leads at 83, but only by 6 over the next attribute, so the build is closer to balanced than to specialised.

Questions
Where do I find Cargodra in NOKEMON?
Primordial Vale. Other players can attack you there, and dying leaves a tombstone anyone can open.
How do I catch Cargodra?
Throw a Basic ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 30% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Cargodra rare?
Not by the standards of this world: the cap is 350. It is still a ceiling though, and once it fills the species stops spawning for everyone.
What are the shiny odds on Cargodra?
About 1 in 125 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
