Where to find Prismara
Prismara keeps to Plaza and never leaves it. It is one of 126 species on that ground, and one of only 37 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Prismara
Prismara is one of the 126 legendaries, and the world treats it that way: it refuses anything below a Master ball, its base rate is 7% before your timing counts, and 115 of the 608 are harder to land. Throwing does not scare it off, it freezes it, and in Plaza, where 126 species share the ground, whoever else is standing there throws at the same frozen target.
Supply
80 Prismara will exist, ever. The server enforces that at the moment of capture, under a row lock, so two players cannot slip past the cap at the same instant.
In a fight
As one of 37 celestial types sharing Plaza, it hits Celestial hard. It leans hard on focus: 105 against 85 for its next best, a gap of 20 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Prismara in NOKEMON?
Plaza. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Prismara?
Throw a Master ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 7% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Prismara rare?
Yes. The cap is 80, enforced at the instant of capture, and nothing refills it: when it fills, the only way to own one is to buy it from a player.
What are the shiny odds on Prismara?
About 1 in 333 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
