Where to find Doznore
Doznore keeps to Plaza and never leaves it. It is one of 126 species on that ground, and one of only 37 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Doznore
Doznore is one of the 132 common ones: a Basic ball is enough, the base rate is 50%, and 531 of the 608 are harder to land. It still freezes on the first throw like everything else, so in Plaza, shared with 126 species, a neighbour with better timing takes it.
Supply
Doznore is one of the abundant ones at 2000, with only 38 species allowed to run looser and 560 held tighter, and even at this end the number is fixed: the 608 caps come to 407,200 creatures, the entire population this world will ever have.
In a fight
As one of 37 celestial types sharing Plaza, it hits Celestial hard. It leans hard on speed: 68 against 40 for its next best, a gap of 28 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Doznore in NOKEMON?
Plaza. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Doznore?
Throw a Basic ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 50% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Doznore rare?
Not by the standards of this world: the cap is 2000. It is still a ceiling though, and once it fills the species stops spawning for everyone.
What are the shiny odds on Doznore?
About 1 in 83 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
