Where to find Snumre
Snumre moves between Plaza and The Lake. If one is quiet the other is worth the walk, and 125 other species share its main ground, so a dry spell there is normal rather than a sign you are in the wrong place.
How to catch Snumre
Snumre is one of the 132 common ones: a Basic ball is enough, the base rate is 46%, and 498 of the 608 are harder to land. It still freezes on the first throw like everything else, so in Plaza, shared with 126 species, a neighbour with better timing takes it.
Supply
Snumre is one of the abundant ones at 1987, with only 53 species allowed to run looser and 554 held tighter, and even at this end the number is fixed: the 608 caps come to 407,200 creatures, the entire population this world will ever have.
In a fight
As one of 30 water types sharing Plaza, it hits Fire hard and loses ground to Nature, Thunder, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. 5 of its five attributes sit at exactly 40, so the build gives you no steer at all: the matchup decides how it plays.

Questions
Where do I find Snumre in NOKEMON?
Plaza. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Snumre?
Throw a Basic ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 46% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Snumre rare?
Not by the standards of this world: the cap is 1987. It is still a ceiling though, and once it fills the species stops spawning for everyone.
What are the shiny odds on Snumre?
About 1 in 83 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
