Where to find Oblivyon
Oblivyon never sets foot on land. The only water it surfaces in is The Shores, shared with 124 other species, and the only way to bring one up is a rod you forged yourself. Walk the shoreline until the water moves.
How to catch Oblivyon
Oblivyon is one of the 126 legendaries, and the world treats it that way: it refuses anything below a Master ball, its base rate is 4% before your timing counts, and 8 of the 608 are harder to land. Throwing does not scare it off, it freezes it, and in The Shores, where 125 species share the ground, whoever else is standing there throws at the same frozen target.
Supply
There will only ever be one Oblivyon. Not one per player, not one per season: one, in the history of this world. Whoever lands it takes the species out of the game for everybody, forever, and the spawn table drops it on the spot. There are four creatures like this among the 608.
In a fight
As one of 116 water types sharing The Shores, it hits Fire hard and loses ground to Nature, Thunder, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. It leans hard on stamina: 135 against 120 for its next best, a gap of 15 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Oblivyon in NOKEMON?
The Shores. It never comes on land, so you need a forged rod rather than a ball. The door is gated: you need average skill level 20 to get in.
How do I catch Oblivyon?
Throw a Master ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 4% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Oblivyon rare?
Yes, at the extreme. Only 1 will ever exist, and the moment the last one is caught the species leaves the spawn table for everybody, permanently.
What are the shiny odds on Oblivyon?
About 1 in 476 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
