Where to find Dolgi
Dolgi moves between Plaza and Verdant Hollow. If one is quiet the other is worth the walk, and 125 other species share its main ground, so a dry spell there is normal rather than a sign you are in the wrong place.
How to catch Dolgi
Dolgi is one of the 132 common ones: a Basic ball is enough, the base rate is 51%, and 565 of the 608 are harder to land. It still freezes on the first throw like everything else, so in Plaza, shared with 126 species, a neighbour with better timing takes it.
Supply
Dolgi is one of the abundant ones at 1827, with only 86 species allowed to run looser and 521 held tighter, and even at this end the number is fixed: the 608 caps come to 407,200 creatures, the entire population this world will ever have.
In a fight
As one of 27 nature types sharing Plaza, it hits Water, Thunder hard and loses ground to Fire, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. It leans hard on speed: 68 against 40 for its next best, a gap of 28 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Dolgi in NOKEMON?
Plaza. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Dolgi?
Throw a Basic ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 51% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Dolgi rare?
Not by the standards of this world: the cap is 1827. It is still a ceiling though, and once it fills the species stops spawning for everyone.
What are the shiny odds on Dolgi?
About 1 in 83 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
