Where to find Aeonis
Aeonis keeps to Plaza and never leaves it. It is one of 126 species on that ground, and one of only 30 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Aeonis
Aeonis is one of the 126 legendaries, and the world treats it that way: it refuses anything below a Master ball, its base rate is 6% before your timing counts, and 49 of the 608 are harder to land. Throwing does not scare it off, it freezes it, and in Plaza, where 126 species share the ground, whoever else is standing there throws at the same frozen target.
Supply
The cap on Aeonis is 25, which puts it among the 110 species capped at forty or fewer, and when it fills the species is gone from the spawn table for good.
In a fight
As one of 30 water types sharing Plaza, it hits Fire hard and loses ground to Nature, Thunder, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. Stamina leads at 95, but only by 5 over the next attribute, so the build is closer to balanced than to specialised.

Questions
Where do I find Aeonis in NOKEMON?
Plaza. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Aeonis?
Throw a Master ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 6% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Aeonis rare?
Yes. The cap is 25, enforced at the instant of capture, and nothing refills it: when it fills, the only way to own one is to buy it from a player.
What are the shiny odds on Aeonis?
About 1 in 333 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
